Insta Lead Agent

Insta Lead Agent is an end-to-end autonomous AI Instagram Lead Generation agent built inside n8n. Designed to eliminate manual prospect hunting, the agent accepts user search parameters via a webhook form, orchestrates high-speed web scraping through the Apify API, cleans and enriches lead details using an embedded JavaScript execution node, and appends structured, sales-ready prospects directly into a centralized Google Sheets CRM.

1. Form Trigger & Target Ingestion

Captures target queries dynamically using an interactive form trigger (n8n-nodes-base.formTrigger). Users specify their target niche keyword (e.g., "Fitness Coach", "Real Estate") and location (e.g., "Miami", "Dubai"), initiating the automation pipeline with zero latency.

2. Apify Scraper Orchestration & Search Queries

Dispatches synchronized HTTP POST requests to the Apify search engine scraper service. The request constructs precise Google Search query syntax (Site: www.instagram.com + [Keyword] [Location]) to extract up to 100 organic profile URLs and rich snippets per search without risking account bans or rate limits.

3. Custom JavaScript Normalization & Data Cleaning

Raw scraper outputs are routed through a custom JavaScript function node (n8n-nodes-base.code). The code parses unstructured search snippets, extracts clean profile names, validates Instagram handles, maps bios, handles follower/like counts dynamically, and isolates emphasized keywords into clean arrays.

4. Real-Time Google Sheets CRM Ingestion

Cleaned lead profiles are mapped and appended directly into the client's Google Sheet (Instagram_AGENT) via OAuth2-secured API calls (n8n-nodes-base.googleSheets). The resulting dataset is immediately actionable for sales reps, cold outreach cadences, or downstream automated DM workflows.
